FAQs
t depends on size. Small covers a toilet and basin, medium adds a bath, and large adds a shower as well. We fit the new fittings, connect them and seal them.
Labour starts from £120 for small, £240 for medium and £480 for large, not including the suite itself. We’ll confirm the exact figure after seeing the bathroom.
You can choose your own, and we’ll advise on what fits the room. If you buy it, check everything is in stock before we start so the work isn’t delayed.
A refit job job can take between 1-2 days. Larger jobs take longer because of the bath and shower.
Pipework should be done by someone competent, and we explain who does what before you commit.
Replacing like for like in the same positions is quickest and cheapest. Moving a toilet, bath or shower means changing pipework and sometimes the floor, which costs more. We’ll price it clearly if you want a new layout.
Our team removes it, but we don’t handle waste removal ourselves. We can arrange a skip for you, and the old fittings go in it.
Often yes, but fitting a new bath or shower can disturb the surrounding tiles. We check before starting and tell you if some patching or retiling is likely.
After fitting, we test for leaks and seal joints with silicone. Silicone usually needs 72 hours to cure before the shower or bath is used, and we tell you exactly when it’s ready.
